Bob is a Realtor, Associate Broker and has been active in real estate since 1996. He has become an expert in new construction while helping hundreds of families build their dream home with some of the top builders in Allen County. Bob believes his ability to communicate effectively and his interpersonal skills serve him well in the real estate industry. His expertise has led to him being the top salesperson for two real estate companies. Bob believes this is a direct result of listening to the clients and keeping his focus and priorities on their needs.
Currently, along with his general real estate business, Bob is a Sales Representative for Westport Homes. While building permits in Allen County were down 40% overall in 2006, Westport's building permits were up 35%.
Bob understands that customer service is the top priority and because of this, "The Blythe Team" was formed. His wife Deb and son Ryan have both joined him to ensure his clients receive exceptional customer service. In fact, "Exceptional Customer Service is our Standard' is their motto. Ryan is a Realtor and specializes in buyer representation and investment properties. He is majoring in business at IPFW and is an exceptional athlete, having played in the State Finals in basketball and going to the final game of the Semi-State in baseball.
Deb is a licensed agent. Her many years as a federal employee gave her the organizational skills needed to oversee marketing, client care, and administrative duties.
